This is the home selling process in 3 phases, part 2!
Phase 2 is all about finding the balance. We’ll set a date to go live with the property and hold an open house. We’ll book showings and get a feel for what people think about the property. Did we price it correctly? Are there things about the property that need changed or fixed? We’ll get this feedback from buyers and use it to potentially make any necessary adjustments. If we did everything correctly, we’ll get an offer on your house!
We’ll then negotiate the terms of that offer based on a variety of factors. Paying a portion of closing costs, the willingness to close quickly, and whether the seller needs to stay in the house while they search for another are some potential elements that need to be negotiated. There are many things we can use as leverage to get you the best possible offer on your house.
