The 3 Phases of Buying a Home - Phase 1

This is the home selling process in 3 phases, part 1!

In phase 1, you’re looking to find an agent and figure out how much your property is worth. Finding an agent isn’t as simple as just looking one up on Google or asking your friend who they used. I ALWAYS recommend you interview a few agents before making your decision. Ask them questions like, “How long have you been an agent?”, “How many homes do you usually sell a year,” and “What do you do to market my home?” so you can hear their strategy and gauge their professionalism.

Once you decide on an agent, we’re going to start prepping your house and coming up with a selling plan. Any cleaning, repairs, and staging will happen in this phase. We’ll also set the list price based on other houses in your area, as well as the repairs you did.

Then we list the house and move on to phase 2! Check out part 2 to keep going!
