Home Selling Process - Phase 3

This is the home selling process in 3 phases, part 3!

So many people think that once we get an offer, the process is almost over. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Phase 3 of selling a house is the mortgage, title, and inspection process. This is a process that involves many steps and checks throughout, including coordination with lenders and title reps. The inspection is another important step that will often end in additional repairs or concessions, depending on the property. After preparing the house, setting the price, finding a buyer, negotiating, working with title companies and lenders, and working through the inspection process - we’ll finally get to the end where you attend the closing.

This entire process, on average, takes a little over 2 to 3 months to complete, depending on the market.  So, yes, we’re usually hustling!
