It is possible! Have you ever seen that show, love it or list it? Almost every time the family decides to LOVE IT! Granted, they got a remodel out of it, but I think you can achieve the same affect by doing some small things to your home today!

I'd say the biggest thing you can do first is a deep clean and de-clutter, it's amazing how many sellers are shocked how good their home can look when they get it photo-ready!
