Make sure you create a budget. Moving has its costs, so plan smartly. By considering moving expenses and understanding the cost of living in your new area, you’ll be prepared and avoid unexpected financial surprises. Don’t bring everything! Moving is the best time to declutter, and if you’re moving far, you’ll want to declutter MORE! The less you move, the cheaper and less stressful it ends up being.

Find a local real estate expert you trust! Once again, YouTube is a great place to start. Make sure you look up the brokerage they work for, and any reviews they might have online.
