My husband and I decided that now was the time to buy a new home. We wanted one with a pool and a three-car garage that was on a cul-de-sac. We found the home, and we were luckily able to buy it before we sold our previous home. Not everyone has that luxury, but there are bridge loans and financing options to help you. Reach out to your lender to figure out your options; you might be surprised. We got our home ready to go, and it recently went on the market. I've done this every day for over 30 years, and I'm still nervous.
